Jonathan L. Wahlers

Jonathan L. Wahlers, 46, of Walthill, Nebraska, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Pender Community Hospital in Pender, Nebraska. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 25, at 10:30 a.m. at the Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender with Pastor Steve Tjarks officiating. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home in Pender, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Bancroft Cemetery in Bancroft, NE. Jonathan was born on January 8, 1965 in Pender, Nebraska, the son of LeRoy and Betty Wahlers of Walthill, NE. After graduation from High School, he served in the U. S. Navy. Following his service in the Navy he went to work for Target where he worked as a manager for over twenty years. Jonathan is survived by his parents, LeRoy and Betty Wahlers of Walthill, NE, brothers: David of Walthill, Ne and Christopher of Dakota City, NE, sister LeAnn Cadwell of Salina Kansas, nieces and nephews: Zach, Nicole, Andrew, Christina and LeaLyn Harkness of Elk Point, South Dakota, and LeAnn, Don, Ethan, Shelby and Richard Cadwell of Salina Kansas.
