Mylet F. Morgan

Mylet F. Morgan, 93, of Walthill, Nebraska died on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Funeral services for Mylet will be held on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in Walthill; Pastor Steven Brazier will be officiating. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the church in Walthill, with the family present from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery of Walthill. Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mylet was born on October 20, 1918 in Walthill, Nebraska, the daughter of Howard and Eva (Stimson) Tremayne. Mylet was married to Duward Morgan on September 21, 1941. To this union three children were born: Robert, Linda and Karen. Mylet and Duward were married for 64 years until his passing on December 14, 2005. Mylet was active being a mother and grandmother. She love cooking, baking, playing bridge and partaking in church activities. She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church in Walthill. Mylet is survived by her son Bob and wife Sharon Morgan of Pender, daughters Linda and husband Bill Prescott of Sioux City, Iowa and Karen and husband Jerry Lutz of Lincoln, Nebraska. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Duward, brothers Ervin and Glen Tremayne a sister Gladys Gaer and an infant child.
