Rebecca Jo Schincke

Rebecca Jo Schincke, 45, of Wakefield, Nebraska, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at her home in Wakefield. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 6, at 1030 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Osmond, Nebraska with the Rev. Gary Trowbridge officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery in Osmond. Rebecca was born on May 5, 1967 in Osmond, Nebraska, the daughter of Raymond and Joanne (Wecker) Timmerman. She graduated from Osmond Public Schools in 1986, and attended college for two years receiving her LPN license. In her career, Rebecca worked in nursing homes in Wakefield, Emerson, Sioux City, Blair and Onawa. She married John Schincke on May 5, 1995. Rebecca is survived by her husband John of Wakefield, sons Dustin of Chadron, NE, and Levi, and daughters Morgan and Drew all of Wakefield, her parents, Raymond and Joanne Timmerman of Osmond, NE, sister, Stacy Womach of Fremont, NE, Grandmother Hilda Wecker of Lincoln, NE, nieces and nephews: Zachary, Travis and Jessica as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Rebecca was preceded in death by her brother Troy Timmerman, maternal grandfather Lester Wecker, and paternal grandparents William and Myrle Timmerman.
