Gary E. Wiebelhaus

Gary Eugene Wiebelhaus, 70, of Walthill, Nebraska, died on Friday, December 13, 2012 after a brief illness. Memorial services will be held on Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Pender, Nebraska, with the Rev. John Olson officiating. A visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the church. Gary was born on August 1, 1942 in Yankton, South Dakota, the son of Ralph and Myrtle Wiebelhaus. He graduated from Laurel Nebraska High School. After school he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Gary loved riding Horses and being outdoors. Gary is survived by brothers Larry and Roger and sisters Sheyrel and Karen, a daughter-in-law Cindy Finley of Johnson Lake, NE., sons: Trent and his wife Dawn of Sioux City, Iowa, Cory and his wife Evelyn of Thurston, NE, Martel and Elliot Buffalochief, both of Sioux City, Iowa. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Gary was preceded in death by his parents and his oldest son Jerry.
