Jeffrey Norris

Jeffrey Myron Norris, 47, of Homer, Nebraska, passed away January 23, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Services for Jeffrey will be held at a later date. Jeffrey was born January 29, 1965 to Ralph Jay and Fern (Tompkins) Norris. Jeffrey graduated from Lyons High School. Jeffrey was a people person. He loved to joke around and liked to make himself useful. Jeffrey liked all of his physicians and they saw him as one of a kind, personally and physically. He was an avid Tommy Bolin fan and enjoyed attending concerts. Jeffrey is survived by his parents, Ralph Jay and Fern Norris, sisters Jan and husband Robert Stansberry and Jayne and husband Gary Frigge, brothers R.J and wife Sheri Norris and Wade Norris.
