Kenneth J. Jacobson

Kenneth J. Jacobsen, 88, of Parkville, MN, died on Tuesday, December 18, 2013 at his daughters home in Wayne, Nebraska. Private services will be held at a later date. Bressler – Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home of Wakefield, Nebraska is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials are suggested the Alzheimer’s Association. KJJ was born in Iron, MN on April 14, 1925 to Jacob R. and Mabel (Duscharme) Jacobsen. Ken married Marie Robitaille on May 7, 1949. He was a WWII veteran, serving in the South Pacific. Ken worked in construction his entire life and owned Kenneth J. Jacobsen Construction Company of Biwabik, MN until he retired in 2009. He is survived by his children Terry Jacobsen, Renee Jacobsen and friend Randy Rubendall, and a son Michael and his family. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Marie and two brothers.
