Raymond F. Brudigam

Raymond F. Brudigam, 90, of Wakefield, Nebraska died on Sunday, July 27, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Funeral services for Raymond will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wakefield; Pastor Terry Buethe will be officiating. The visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Bressler ~ Munderloh Funeral Home in Wakefield. The family will be present from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Wakefield Cemetery. Raymond was born in Wayne County, Nebraska on June 11, 1918, the son of Carl and Bertha (Doose) Brudigam. Raymond was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Raymond was married to Gladys M. Stolle on July 2, 1966 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wakefield. Raymond owned and operated a trash hauling business in Wakefield for 30 years. He is survived by his wife Gladys, a sister Mary Lou and her husband Ed Krusemark, and a brother Arnold all of Wakefield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers Lloyd and Les Brudigam.
