Dorothea B. Canarsky

Dorothea B. Canarsky, 93, of Omaha, formerly of Rosalie, Nebraska died on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Funeral services for Dorothea will be held on Monday, September 29, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walthill; Reverend Brion Tolzman will be officiating. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday. Burial will be in the Bancroft Cemetery. Dorothea was born on February 18, 1915 in Bancroft, Nebraska, the daughter of Karl and Dorothea (Bendin) Kollmorgen. She is survived by her children: Dorothy Harding and her husband Jerry of Omaha, Ne; Kathleen Martin of Blair, Ne; Janice Pederson and her husband Steven of Belton, Missouri; Henry C. Canarsky and his wife Jenny of Minn, Minnesota; Paul Canarsky and his wife Maurine of Fairbanks, Alaska; Arden Grimes and her husband David of Rochester, MN, ten grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren a sister, Laura Essink of Gretna, Ne, and sisters-in-law Noel Canarsky of Rosalie, Ne, and Rosa Nicolle of Baton Rouge, La. Dorothea was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Henry.
