Click here to view the video tribute.Kenneth W. Warnock, 74, of Rosalie, Nebraska died on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the Pender Community Hospital in Pender, Nebraska. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Rosalie Methodist Church; Rev. Pete King will be officiating. The visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Munderloh Funeral Home in Bancroft, with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Walthill, Nebraska. Kenneth was born at home in rural Walthill, Nebraska on February 20, 1935, the son of Ernie and Neva (Barr) Warnock. He married Ardis Woten in South Sioux City, Nebraska on November 9, 1964. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, working on cars, and enjoyed coffee everyday while he watched Days of Our Lives and Bonanza. Many of his most cherished moments were spent in his shop where he shared many laughs and memories with people too numerous to count. Kenneth was employed by Smith’s Farm Service and spent many years as a self-employed mechanic. Kenneth is survived by a son Steve Warnock and his wife Jayne of Knoxville, TN, daughter Stacy Warnock of Bancroft, NE and friend Duane Prokop, daughter Sonja Suhr and husband Steve of Bancroft, NE, daughter Stephanie Lyons and husband Gabe of Rosalie, NE, son Kendall Warnock and wife Desiree of Lincoln, NE, grandchildren: Zachary Warnock, Jordan Warnock, Joseph Samuelson (Mindy), Nick Samuelson, Shaye McCarville (Brandon), Breanna Beutler, Erin Beutler, Levi Beutler, Taylor Suhr, Kierstan Lyons, McKenzie Lyons and Kobe Lyons. He is also survived by great grandchildren Ethan and Carlee Samuelson. He is also survived by a brother Ernie Warnock of Rosalie and sisters Sue Beaudette of Thurston, Nebraska and Carol Woten of Walthill. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Ardis.
