Stanley Novak, 54, of Randolph, Nebraska passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Faith Regional Medical Center in Norfolk, Nebraska. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 2, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church in Randolph, NE. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender, Nebraska, and one hour prior to the service at the church in Randolph. Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery in Pender at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
Stanley was born on December 7, 1956 in Pender, Nebraska, to Raymond and Norma (Witt) Novak. He attended school at District 21 and Bancroft High School. Stan graduated from Bancroft High School in 1975. He was a truck driver, having driven truck for Bell Creek, Plum Creek Trucking, CTC, Affiliated, and Tri County Feed and Grain.
Stanley is survived by sons: David Novak and Matthew Novak of Umatilla, FL, mother Norma Novak of Randolph, NE, sister, Catherine (Robert) Haigh of Dubuque, Iowa, brothers: Russell Novak of Gretna, NE, and Clifford (Nancy) Novak of Bancroft, NE, and sister-in-law Dawn (Milton) Fillipi of Pender, NE, as well as many nieces and nephews.
