Ruth Mae Christ

Ruth Mae Christ 75 of Emerson died Monday November 15, 2010 at the Pender Community Hospital in Pender. Funeral services will be Friday, November 19, 10:30 A.M. at the Glad Tidings Lighthouse Church in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Visitation will be Thursday, November 18 from3 to 8 P.M. at Munderloh Funeral Home in Pender. Burial will be in the Lyons Cemetery, Lyons, Nebraska. Ruth was born March 31, 1935 in Wayne, Nebraska the daughter of Roy and Sylvia (Hatch) Beeks. She graduated from high school in Wayne, Nebraska and worked at various nursing homes and Michaels Foods. She was a friend to all she knew. Ruth is survived by her husband Albert, children Dennis and his wife Pam Christ of So. St. Paul, Minnesota, daughters, Suezette Rief of Fremont, Ne, Brenda Christ of Emerson, NE., Elizabeth Stewart of So. Sioux City, Ne., Laurie Christ of West Point, Ne., Teresa Christ of So. St. Paul, Minnesota, and Phyllis and her husband Darryn Harder of Wakefield, Ne. Ruth is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Ruth is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Kitty and 1 great grandson, Christian.
