Alfred J. Ruge, 78, of Decatur, NE, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Holy Spirit Retirement Home in Sioux City, IA. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Walthill, NE. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the church with a prayer service starting at 7:00 p.m. Burial with military honors will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Walthill. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation. Arrangements are under the direction of Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Pender.
