Donna R. Loos

Donna R. Loos, 77, of Walthill, Ne, died on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Legacy Garden Rehabilitation and Living Center in Pender, NE.  A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Walthill, NE; Pastor Toni Hightree will be officiating.  The visitation will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home in Pender.  Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery of Walthill.  Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home of Pender is in charge of the arrangements.

Donna was born on January 10, 1944 in Sioux City, IA, the only daughter of four children to Roy and Mary (Deal) McRoberts.  Her brothers were Eddie, Stanley and Jerry McRoberts.  In 1981, she moved to Walthill from Lincoln, NE, where she worked at the Pump and Pack and the Walthill School.  She enjoyed fishing, watching TV and drinking coffee.

Donna leaves behind her companion of 35 years, James McClain and children, Wanda Loos of Lincoln, NE, Anthony Loos, Gay Lynn McClain of Bancroft, NE, Lori McClain Moody (Al) of Emerson, NE, Michelle McClain Davis of Bancroft, NE, Scott McClain (Tina) of Fremont, NE and Jack McClain (Heather) of Norfolk, NE; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Eddie McRoberts and Stanley McRoberts, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerry McRoberts; nephew, Eddie McRoberts; and son-in-law, Chuck Davis.
