Lorenzo Ibarra Rojas

Lorenzo Ibarra Rojas, 84, of Wakefield, NE died on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Providence Medical Center in Wayne, NE.  Lorenzo's family wishes were to have him cremated and take his cremains back to Mexico for burial next to his family members.  

Lorenzo was born on September 5, 1936, in San Cristoval, Fresnillo, Mexico to Isidoro Ibarra and Altagracia Rojas.  Lorenzo married Estala MA, 57 years ago.  To this union, the couple had 7 children.  Lorenzo and his family moved to Wakefield 29 years ago. Prior to Wakefield, the family lived in Norfolk, NE, for seven years and in California.  He worked for Michael Foods in Wakefield.  

Lorenzo enjoyed riding his bike around the community, listening to music, dancing, and watching movies.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. 

Lorenzo is survived by his wife, Estala; children, Rafaela Ibarra Saucedo, Jose Luis Ibarra Saucedo, Mario Ibarra Saucedo, Blanca E. Ibarra Saucedo, Gerardo Ibarra Saucedo, Miguel A. Ibarra Saucedo; 31 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
