Marcus Brown

Marcus Allen Brown, 15, of Pender, NE, died on Saturday, February 12, 2022.  Funeral services will be on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Pender, NE.  The visitation will be on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Pender, NE.  Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery in Pender.  Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.  Arrangements are under the direction of Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Pender, NE. 

Marcus was born on April 25, 2006, in Dallas, TX, the son of Donald Brown and Francis Chavez.  In 2018, Marcus moved in with Jeff and Stephanie Dolezal near Pender, where he was currently a Sophomore at Pender High School.  While attending Pender High School, he was active in wrestling, FFA, Choir, Art, and Speech.  He enjoyed spending time with his friends and fishing.

He is survived by his biological parents, Francis Chavez of Beemer, NE and Donald Brown of Dallas, TX; parents, Jeff and Stephanie Dolezal of Pender, NE; grandparents, Jamie Contreras, Debra Brown, and Jerry Brown; Mark and Maxine Dolezal; sisters, Josephina Charron, Molly Charron, Danielle Charron, Cassandra Brown, Ariel Falcon, Lilith Dolezal; brothers, Tony Charron, Junior Brown, Mason Dolezal and Ayden Dolezal.
