Bob was born February 2, 1951 in Dodge, NE to Adolph and Anna (Buresh) Peplinski. He grew up on the family farm west of Dodge. He married Marge Seeman on May 16, 1970 in West Point, NE. They moved to Pender where they were blessed with six children. He worked at IBP in West Point for 15 years then Michaels Foods in Wakefield for over 30 years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, and camping. Some of his favorite places to travel to were Texas, Niagara Falls and Hawaii. He loved hooking up his camper and making trips to closer places to be with family like Decatur, Lincoln and Kansas City. Marge had a way of making him feel like he was "winging it" every time! He had a way of making everyone feel special and often found a connection with each one. He made lifelong friends in minutes. He was all about the moments...from giving rides on his riding lawn mower to just talking about life, all he wanted was your time and nothing in return.
Bob is survived by his wife, Marge Peplinski of Pender, NE, sons, Mike (April) Peplinski of Lincoln, NE, Dave (Robin) Peplinski of Lincoln, NE, Mark Peplinski of Lincoln, NE, Jason (Stacey) Peplinski of Lincoln, NE; daughters, Christy (Al) Granum of Kansas City, MO, Kellie (Zack) Soll of Bancroft, NE; grandkids, Naomi and Walter Peplinski; Gage Hadfield, Kaylee, Zachary and Jesse Peplinski; Jonah, Eli and Nyle Granum, Cooper and Kylee Wittler, Crosby and Kolbi Peplinski; Finley and Sloan Soll; five sisters; and one brother.
