Terry H. Mayberry

Terry H. Mayberry, 78, of Winnebago, NE died on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Heritage of Emerson Nursing Home in Emerson, NE.  A visitation for the public will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home in Pender, NE.  Private family services will be held with burial in the Omaha Valley Cemetery near Homer, NE.  Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home of Pender is in charge of the arrangements.

Terry was born on June 4, 1942, in Ponca, NE, the son of Harold “Bud” and Earlene (Odle) Mayberry.  After attending and graduating from Winnebago High School in 1959, Terry farmed and worked at Caterpillar in the parts department.  Terry later worked as a rural postal carrier for over 30 years and continued to farm with his brothers.  He enjoyed John Deere tractors, his Corvette and attending Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever and the NRA banquets.

He is survived by his brothers, Vern (Mary Jo) Mayberry and Robert (Georgia) Mayberry of Winnebago, NE; nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Kevin, Peter H, and Everett A Mayberry.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Earlene Mayberry; brother, J. Everett Mayberry and a niece Marsha Mayberry.
